Boot to the Head!

Beauty and the Geek to me has always been an interesting show. I personally feel that a lot of the “geeks” on the show are very stereotypical and don’t reflect the real geeks out there. Plus, the “beauties” on the show to me remind me of the stereotypical “dumb cheerleader” persona. I feel that shows like this have a lot of potential of being amazing shows that could help break the stereotypes in geek culture. Not all geeks want to be with skinny women or men. We were all created to be different; and this idea should be fairly represented in modern media. The more we hold on to these kind of stereotypes on TV the more stereotypical programming will we have.
